Next step recruitment was founded by Tom Deberlanger from Affligem, with the aim of offering a solution to the increasingly difficult task of finding suitable staff. What started as a first introduction to the recruitment world quickly grew into a true passion. The satisfaction you get when you make your company or employee happy in one of the most important aspects of their daily lives is enormous.
The mission and vision are therefore clear, to make as many people happy as possible by being a qualitative and positive part of their search. Creating impact and added value by sharing years of experience and being a confidant for all parties involved.
